Nakkhiworks is a handmade embroidery and fabric art business based in India. All pieces are crafted by hand and are one of a kind. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders placed through this website are requests and are not confirmed until we contact you directly via WhatsApp or phone call. We reserve the right to decline any order. A confirmed order is binding on both parties.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and communicated at the time of order confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any confirmed order will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of confirmation.
Payment is not processed through this website. After your order is confirmed, we will share payment details via WhatsApp or phone call. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash on delivery for select locations. Payment must be completed before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
Custom and bespoke pieces are made to order. A non-refundable advance may be required before work begins. Custom pieces cannot be returned unless they are materially different from what was agreed.
As all pieces are handmade, minor variations in colour, size, and pattern are natural and expected. These are not defects. Product images are representative and actual pieces may differ slightly.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged or significantly different from what was described. To initiate a return, contact us at sameedirfan7@gmail.com with photos of the item. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective.
We ship across India. Estimated delivery times are communicated at order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
